Job Description

Will be responsible for architecting implementing and managing enterprisewide privacy and consent management solutions leveraging the OneTrust platform The candidate must possess a strong understanding of global privacy regulations and have extensive experience leading largescale privacy transformation initiatives

Key Responsibilities

OneTrust Architecture Implementation

• Lead the design architecture and implementation of OneTrust Privacy Management solutions across the organization
• Configure and manage OneTrust modules including
• Cookie Consent Preference Management
• Privacy Rights Automation DSARDSR
• Data Mapping
• Data Discovery
• Privacy Impact Assessments PIA
• Data Protection Impact Assessments DPIA
• Consent and Preference Management
• ThirdParty Risk Management
• Incident Breach Management
• Develop enterprise privacy architecture and governance frameworks aligned with business objectives

Cookie Compliance Consent Management

• Design and implement cookie consent solutions for global websites and digital properties
• Manage cookie inventories cookie classification and consent categorization
• Configure geolocationbased consent models and multilingual privacy notices
• Ensure compliance with GDPR ePrivacy Directive CCPACPRA LGPD and other privacy laws

Privacy Governance and Compliance

• Establish PrivacybyDesign principles across business and technology initiatives
• Lead privacy impact assessments and risk evaluations
• Define and maintain Records of Processing Activities RoPA
• Collaborate with Legal Compliance Information Security and Data Governance teams to ensure regulatory compliance
• Develop privacy policies standards procedures and operating models

Integration Technical Leadership

• Architect integrations between OneTrust and enterprise systems including ServiceNow Salesforce Azure and custom applications
• Design APIs and automation workflows supporting privacy operations
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to implementation teams
• Drive solution design reviews governance reviews and architecture approvals

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with executive leadership privacy officers legal counsel and business stakeholders
• Present privacy program status risks and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
• Lead workshops training sessions and privacy awareness programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Information Security or related field
• 15 years of experience in Privacy Data Governance Compliance Risk Management or Enterprise Architecture
• 7 years of handson experience implementing and managing OneTrust solutions
• Proven experience leading enterprisescale privacy and consent management programs
• Deep understanding of

• CCPACPRA
• ePrivacy Directive
• LGPD
• PIPEDA
• Global Privacy Regulations
• Strong experience with cookie management consent frameworks and preference centers
• Experience developing privacy governance frameworks and operating models
• Strong communication and leadership skills

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 110,000 - 135,000

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
