Pay Range:

$21.10 - $26.29 - Hourly – Depending on Experience

Location: Remote + 10% in person requirement for events, PDs, etc. located in the San Gabriel Valley, Los Angeles, and Pasadena areas

Candidate Location Requirements: Must reside in Southern California within 150 miles driving distance of an OFY/OFL school site

Schedule:

Anticipated 28 hours/week

Our Ideal Candidate Will:

• •Provide tutoring and instruction to students within a small classroom environment and/or 1 on 1.
• •Post and market availability of tutoring along with schedule.
• •Maintain a consistent schedule as arranged with their supervisor.
• •Provide support to the teachers as needed.
• •Create a tracking system that indicates student appointment times, progress, and areas of improvement.
• •Have clear communication with teachers to support students who need additional support in the designated subject area.

You’ll Need The Following Minimum Requirements:

• •Proficient in the designated subject.
• •Previous tutoring experience preferred.
• •Proficient computer knowledge and previous experience with Microsoft software.
• •Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
