Location: Axbridge, Somerset

• Working Model: Fully Onsite Monday to Friday
• Full UK Driving Licence and Access to Own Vehicle Required

The Opportunity

As the dedicated onsite recruitment specialist, you'll be at the heart of the operation, coordinating recruitment activity, supporting workforce planning and ensuring new starters have a positive onboarding experience.

This is a highly visible role where you'll have the opportunity to take ownership, influence hiring outcomes and contribute directly to the success of a growing manufacturing site.

Key Responsibilities

• •Manage recruitment activity for high-volume operational vacancies
• •Coordinate onboarding and induction programmes for new starters
• •Partner with sourcing and recruitment teams to ensure hiring targets are achieved
• •Build strong working relationships with onsite stakeholders and operational managers
• •Support workforce planning and recruitment forecasting activities
• •Act as the first point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment journey
• •Monitor recruitment and workforce activity, providing regular updates and insights
• •Support mobilisation projects and continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

Essential

• •Experience within industrial recruitment
• •Previous experience recruiting in high-volume environments
• •Strong organisational and planning skills
• •Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• •A proactive and customer-focused approach
• •Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Desirable

• •Previous onsite recruitment experience
• •Experience within manufacturing, warehousing or workforce management environments
• •Exposure to mobilisation or large-scale recruitment projects
