IHRE AUFGABEN:

  • Installation und Konfiguration von IT-Geräten, Hardware und gängiger Software
  • Entgegennahme und Behebung von Störungen per Remote und Vor-Ort
  • Betreuung von IT-Anwendungen und aktuellen Betriebssystemen
  • Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams

### IHR PROFIL:

  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder Umschulung z.B. zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) Systemintegration, IT-Systemkaufmann (m/w/d) oder IT-Systemelektroniker (m/w/d) etc.
  • Auch Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) mit IT-Affinität sind willkommen
  • Erfahrung in den beschriebenen Aufgaben von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen Windows Anwendungen und Systemen
  • Kundenfreundliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
