OpenStack Engineering Manager

This role offers an opportunity to lead a distributed engineering team responsible for operating modern private-cloud infrastructure for customers worldwide. You will combine technical leadership with people management, service delivery, and continuous engineering improvement. The position sits at the intersection of OpenStack, Kubernetes, Linux, cloud technologies, and managed services. You will help improve the quality, reliability, and velocity of both development and operations while maintaining strong customer relationships. Working across globally distributed teams, you will coordinate priorities, milestones, service levels, and operational outcomes.
