YOUR ROLE

• •Proficiency in Windows Server Administration is mandatory (OS like: 2008R2, 2012R2, 2016, 2019, 2022).
• •Hands-on experience with OS Patching is a must (especially for Windows Server).
• •Knowledge of Hyper-V Administration is advantageous.
• •Proficiency in VMware administration, including virtual machine management.
• •Flexible work model, shift Mon-Fri 22.00h-06h:00 (PT Time).
• •Solid understanding of Security and Antivirus systems is necessary.

YOUR PROFILE

• •Experience +3 years in IT industry.
• •Basic knowledge of troubleshooting.
• •Basic knowledge ITIL process and ticketing system.
• •Basic knowledge of Patch Management and Antivirus solutions.
• •Hyper-V and Veritas Cluster concepts.
• •ITIL V4 certification or equivalent knowledge is required.
• •Good level of English.
