• This role will drive operational excellence across a growing portfolio of utility-scale battery energy storage assets.
• You’ll develop scalable processes, systems, and best practices that support safe, reliable, and commercially effective operations.
• A key focus will be leading the implementation and optimization of Sitetracker for asset management and post-COD operations.
• You’ll translate complex contractual, technical, compliance, safety, warranty, and O&M requirements into clear workflows and standardized processes.
• The position also offers an opportunity to apply AI tools to improve documentation, reporting, process automation, and operational efficiency.
• Working across multiple teams and projects, you’ll identify gaps, establish standards, and drive continuous improvement throughout the operating fleet.
