• •Position: Operational Procurement Buyer
• •Location: Pune
• •Experience: 5 7+ Years (Manufacturing Industry)
• •Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• •Manage the complete Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle PR, PO, and GR processes
• •Create, track, and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP/PAX
• •Expedite deliveries and monitor supplier commitments to ensure timely material availability
• •Handle PO amendments, logistics coordination, and invoice-related issues
• •Collaborate closely with Engineering and Project teams for procurement requirements
• •Resolve supply chain issues and support continuous process improvements
• •Review engineering drawings and technical specifications for procurement activities

Required Skills:

• •Strong experience in SAP/PAX procurement systems
• •Knowledge of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes
• •Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• •Proficiency in MS Office applications
• •Experience in a manufacturing environment is mandatory
