About the Role

Operations Specialist – Supply Chain Finance

We are looking for entry-level Operations Specialists to join Operations team in Kraków and support the Supply Chain Finance process within the Structured Trade Hub.

Key responsibilities:

Supporting day-to-day Supply Chain Finance operations

Processing and verifying transactions and payments

Performing reconciliations and investigating discrepancies

Ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures

Cooperating with internal teams and stakeholders

Meeting agreed quality and turnaround-time standards

Requirements:

Fluent English

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Good communication and organisational abilities

Willingness to work in a hybrid model, including 6–8 days per month in the Kraków office

Availability for increased office presence during the initial training period

Previous experience in trade finance, payments, banking operations or reconciliations would be an advantage, but is not essential
