Operations Apprentice - Manufacturing

• •Learn to set-up, run and complete various custom jobs for clients using highly sophisticated machinery and equipment.
• •Use technology interface to learn how to run machinery effectively and efficiently
• •Support Operations area as Helper ensuring machine areas are clean and safe; work safely and efficiently at all times.
• •Be available to support all areas of production as needed, as a team we work cross-functionally.
• •Demonstrate a flexible, helpful, and proactive and positive approach to work and solve problems.

Shifts available: Monday - Friday

• •1st shift: 7 am – 3 pm
• •2nd shift: 3 pm - 11 pm
• •potential for overtime and weekends

Requirements

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• •Mechanically inclined with a natural ability to run a machine
• •Demonstrated work ethic and interest in learning
• •Ability to work well in a group or individually

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:

High school diploma, general education (GED) or equivalent

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS:

• •Standing up to 8 hours per day
• •Lift/Pull up to 35 lbs
• •Manufacturing facility with constant noise from machines running
• •Ability to read and distinguish small print, depth perception, color perception
• •Must be able to pass a background and drug test
