Operations Assistant NF-02

Summary

This position is located at Community Activity Center, Parks Reserve Force Training Center, Dublin, California. CAC has a variety of activities and programs for Soldiers to enjoy. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Announcement will a have a first cut office date of October 11, 2026. Applicants that submit a complete application packet prior to that date and found eligible may be given first consideration.

Duties

• •Assists management with the operation of facility in accordance with established procedures.
• •Issues, receives and controls cash receipts and change funds. Determines cash shortage and overages.
• •Assures only authorized patrons utilize the facilities. Submits daily report of operations. Assists in setting up parties according to party plan.
• •Sets up bar and/org cashiers bag. May monitor inventories, place and receive food and beverage orders.
• •Completes fire safety checks and secures the facility. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: Progressively responsible duties in the receipt, disbursement, examination, deposit, custody or other processing of cash items. Where duties involve selling alcoholic beverages applicant must meet state/local age requirements for the serving of alcoholic beverage at the time of appointment. Skill in providing customer service. Ability to communicate effectively.
