Core Responsibilities

• •Administration and support of the enterprise Citrix environment
• •Citrix server patching and lifecycle management
• •Incident, problem and escalation management
• •Root Cause Analysis for complex Citrix issues
• •Management of Citrix-related MDP and MyDesk services
• •Resolution of issues escalated from EUS and other support teams
• •Performance optimisation and platform stability
• •Technical documentation and operational improvements
• •Participation in change implementation and maintenance activitie

Technical Requirements

• •5+ years Citrix administration experience
• •Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops
• •StoreFront
