As an Operations Intern , you will work alongside Plant Leadership and Operations teams to support cheese and whey manufacturing processes, improve operational performance, and gain firsthand experience in a world-class dairy manufacturing environment.

Where You Will Drive Value

• •Gain exposure to multiple areas of plant operations, including milk receiving, cheese production, drying, packaging, and shipping.
• •Support projects focused on improving processes, productivity, quality, safety, and operational efficiency.

• •Currently pursuing an Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Dairy Science, Agricultural Science, Food Science, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
