The opportunity

As an Operations Lead, you will lead a team of content creators, visual content designers, reviewers and production specialists to bring education to life for students and teachers across Australia and international markets . In this pivotal role, you'll own the people, the performance and the delivery of your team; turning our content roadmap into executable plans and making sure high-quality, curriculum-aligned courses land on time and to standard.

This is a role for a leader who is equally comfortable coaching people, solving delivery problems and using data to make sharp, informed decisions.
