As an Operations Manager based in Darlington you’ll be responsible for:

• •The general health and safety of the Fulfilment Centre .
• •Warehouse Management and Planning.
• •People Management and mentoring.
• •Internal and external stakeholder management.

This is a full-time, permanent role working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday on night shifts.

And here’s what we’d like you to have:

• •Previous relevant Operations Management experience in related industries would be mandatory for this role
• •Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
• •Excellent people management skills where mentoring and leading by example are key elements of your approach
• •Excellent systems skills including Warehouse Management Systems and the full MS Office suite.
