Operations Representative (Temporary Coverage)

• This full-time, remote role supports essential back-office operations across multiple financial services workflows.
• You may work across areas such as ACH, wires, check processing, fiduciary servicing, legal processing, overdraft solutions, unclaimed property, and mobile or ATM deposits.
• The role focuses on accurate transaction processing, exception management, account maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
• You will help protect operational accuracy, minimize risk, and maintain a consistent member experience.
• The position is cross-functional, with opportunities to cross-train and support different operational desks as business needs evolve.
• Success requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, confidentiality, and a commitment to service quality.
• This is a temporary assignment expected to continue through July/August 2027.
