Operations Specialist - Candidate Success

Roles & Responsibilities

Ensure timely and effective fulfilment of client needs while maintaining a high standard of service.

Work closely with the Candidate Success Team Lead and Account Managers to address client-specific requirements and manage fulfilment-related issues.

Manage candidate bookings on Rota and VMS tools, process shift cancellations, and secure replacements to minimise the impact on fulfilment.

Proactively engage with candidates to build strong relationships, understand their needs and availability, and schedule shifts accordingly.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records across all systems in line with standard operating procedures.

Onboard candidates and book them into shifts.

Collaborate with consultants to resolve candidate concerns and challenges.

Work closely with healthcare organisations to acknowledge shift requests and provide timely updates on requests and filled rosters.

Foster a positive team culture that aligns with organisational values and promotes productivity and engagement.

Preferred candidate profile

Education : Any Graduate

Experience :

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in RCM/ AR process, preferably from Healthcare industry and/ or international voice process.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with CRM or workforce management software is a plus.

Solution-oriented with a proactive approach to managing challenges.

Should be willing to work in Rotational shifts including Weekend & India Holidays based on the business requirement.
