Role

As an Operations Specialist, Private Debt you will support the daily operations of the FinDox service. You will be part of a global team dedicated to providing top quality service mainly focused on timely, accurate delivery of important investment materials to our customers.

Responsibilities

Maintain, verify, and update data on FinDox (Octus’ document aggregation/compliance service)

Establish and continually improve processes related to the private debt deal workflow

Work with other Octus teams to build cross-functional efficiencies and communication lines

Analyze private company data to identify key datapoints

Requirements

Strong communication skills and collaborative attitude

Excellent attention to detail

Web savvy and strong aptitude with learning new systems and technology

Experience working in fast-paced environment and/or experience with time-sensitive activities

Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the position is located
