What you’ll do:
Lead end to end delivery of large-scale operations transformation programs, coordinating cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders on scope, milestones, and success metrics
Conduct diagnostics by undertaking process analysis , formulating insights, and delivering high-quality outcomes
Design and implement ation of operating models
Define client strategies and process improvement initiatives
Crafting client -ready deliverables and presentations
Manage day-to-day project operations across multiple workstreams
Lead, coach and develop team members; assigning work and providing feedback
Partner with stakeholders to make data-driven decisions
Support business development by contributing to proposals , statements of work and pitch materials
Drive change management and adoption, including stakeholder engagement, communications and post implementation support
What we’re looking for :
Demonstrated background in consulting, continuous improvement, or project delivery expe r ience, id eally wit hin the mining, ener gy, utili ties or re sources sector
Proven experience leading and managing large-scale, multi-workstream transformation programs for major clients from strategy through to implementation
Ability to act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs, tailoring solutions and influencing senior stakeholders
Experience in people leadership, including coaching, performance management and day-to-day team coordination across projects
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, using data to diagnose and translate insights into practical and measurable outcomes
Adaptability and structures problem-solving skills to manage changing priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment
