Oracle DevOps Engineer

You operate and optimize Oracle databases for our customers’ business-critical systems. Together with the team, you drive the standardization and automation of our platforms and operational processes. In doing so, you use modern Oracle technologies as well as automation and CI/CD tools such as Ansible and Jenkins — including in environments running on AIX, Solaris, and Exadata Cloud@Customer.

• •Modern Oracle platforms and technologies (Oracle 26ai, Exadata Cloud@Customer, OCI)
• •Agile ways of working with a focus on automation and continuous improvement
• •Diverse customer environments with technical challenges

Your Skills

• •Experience in operating and administering Oracle databases
• •Mandatory hands-on experience with Ansible in an enterprise environment, as well as very good knowledge of the automation and standardization of operational processes
• •Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments
• •Optional: Experience with Exadata, OCI, SQL/PLSQL, RMAN, Data Guard, or Agentic-Driven Operations
• •Interest in consistently automating manual processes and further developing platforms
• •Structured, solution-oriented, and independent way of workin
• •Enjoyment of teamwork and technical challenges
• •Good command of written and spoken English; German language skills are an advantage
