Your Role

We're looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Lead to lead the design and delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM solutions.

You'll work with business stakeholders and project teams to implement supply chain solutions that improve business processes and support transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• •Lead Oracle Fusion SCM implementation projects.
• •Run workshops to gather requirements and design solutions.
• •Configure and implement Oracle Fusion SCM modules.
• •Provide expertise across procurement, inventory, order management, planning, logistics, and manufacturing.
• •Work with Finance, HCM, Data, Integration, Reporting, and Change teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• •Lead testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• •Manage stakeholders, risks, and project outcomes.
• •Mentor consultants and support business development activities.

Your Profile

You are an experienced Oracle SCM professional with strong consulting, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

What You'll Bring

• •8+ years' experience in Supply Chain consulting.
• •5+ years' experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.
• •Experience leading at least two full Oracle Fusion implementations.
• •Strong knowledge of Oracle SCM modules, including:
• •Procurement
• •Supplier Management
• •Inventory Management
• •Cost Management
• •Order Management
• •Supply Planning
• •Experience across key supply chain processes such as Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Inventory Management, and Supply Planning.
• •Ability to lead workshops, solution design, testing, deployment, and business readiness activities.
• •Experience managing stakeholders and leading consulting teams.
• •Relevant degree qualification.
• •Oracle SCM Cloud certification (desirable).
