Order Fulfillment Specialist

JBT Marel is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Order Fulfilment Team Specialist to join our Spare Parts & Global Supply Chain team in Eindhoven, the Netherlands .

This is an exciting role within a fast-paced, international environment where you’ll support the efficient flow of spare parts to our global service network.

We’re looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and energized by solving problems — someone who thrives in operational work, communicates clearly, and enjoys collaborating with internal teams and international suppliers.

What you’ll be doing

• •Act as the main point of contact for Regional Service Offices regarding spare parts needs.
• •Process requisitions, sales orders, and purchase orders with accuracy and timely follow-up.
• •Manage backorders, urgent requests, and delivery creation to support on-time shipments.
• •Communicate proactively with suppliers, logistics, and internal teams about order status.
• •Support vendor performance tracking, forecasting, and exception handling in SAP.
• •Contribute to continuous improvement, process development, and departmental objective.
• •Support transition business activities for global transforming project.

About You

You’re result-oriented, structured, and motivated by helping others succeed. You work well under pressure, take initiative, and are comfortable navigating complex supply chain workflows.

You’ll bring

• •Experience working with data and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• •A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to challenges.
• •Ability to interact effectively with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams.
• •Fluency in English.

Experience & Education

• •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, logistics, or a related field.
• •2+ years of experience in a supply chain, planning, operational buying, or MRP-driven role, manufacturing/production background is a plus.
• •Strong SAP knowledge or experience with similar ERP systems.
• •Understanding of MRP, inventory planning, and order management principles.
• •Experience coordinating shipments or working with international suppliers is beneficial.
• •Solid computer literacy, including strong Excel skills.
• •Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure.
