Order Management IT Product Manager, Americas

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

The DDS Americas team is responsible for building and supporting digitalization of Air Liquide businesses and operations, with a strong focus on value creation, total cost of ownership, user adoption and change management while ensuring reliable and safe operations.

The Order Management Products Manager is accountable for executing the strategy and roadmap of the Order Management Domain, ensuring alignment with the global product strategy defined with the Order Management Domain Director and with Group IT stakeholders. He/She collaborates closely with local and regional teams to guarantee effective deployment, adoption, and support of IT products and services within the Domain across the Americas. Support the Order Management Domain Director in the following activities:

Order Management Domain roadmap

• •Translate the Order Management Domain Strategy into clear product goals, priorities, and executable roadmaps.
• •Enable and support business teams to define their application strategy and vision.
• •Coordinate and facilitate across Domain teams and actively engage the PM/PO community to secure collaboration and resolve interdependencies across the Americas.
• •Track and report on value delivered using tangible KPIs (e.g., order processing efficiency, system adoption rates, reduction of incident tickets).
• •Allocate resources and funding effectively by overseeing the prioritization of strategic initiatives across product teams.

Guiding roll-out, change management and Operational Excellence

• •Foster customer satisfaction and excellent service levels through effective project execution, cost optimization, and process standardization.
• •Ensure the overall work of the product teams is achieved on time, within budget, and with high operational performance.
• •Promote the adoption of IT solutions by leading awareness campaigns, training, and securing stakeholder buy-in.
• •Foster alignment and seamless coordination across product teams within the scope, promoting cross-functional synergies and best practices.

Are you a MATCH?

Education, Training or Certification Requirements

• •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management, MIS, Business, or a related discipline.
• •5+ years of experience across two of the three areas: Business/Operations, IT, or Project Management.

Knowledge & Skills

• •Specific systems expertise in Order Management processes (order entry, pricing, invoicing, etc.) is essential for success.
• •Deep understanding of geographic opportunities and challenges within the Order Management Domain scope.
• •Strong strategic planning capabilities and a value-driven mindset.
• •Demonstrated experience in project management, team leadership, and executing IT product roll-outs.
• •Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• •Familiarity with Agile principles and associated ways of working.
