YOUR ROLE

As a member of the team, you will leverage your proficient knowledge of one or more processes to participate in meeting service levels, key measurement targets of the team and delivers a high quality and cost-effective service. Responsible for managing complex billing activities, driving process improvements, handling escalations, and ensuring operational excellence within the O2C Billing function.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• •Manage end-to-end billing operations for assigned accounts/business units.
• •Review and validate complex billing transactions and contract-based invoicing.
• •Handle customer escalations and resolve billing disputes.
• •Analyze billing metrics and identify process improvement opportunities.
• •Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Reporting).
• •Knowledge of billing controls, compliance, and financial governance.

YOUR PROFILE

• •Proficiency in data management tools and systems (e.g., SAP, MDG).
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• •Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• •Knowledge of global data standards and compliance requirements.
• •Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• •Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
