What you'll need

Mandatory Qualifications

Resource must be Prosci/ADKAR certified.

Resource must be able to work and be located full-time on site at SaskEnergy Head Office in Regina, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.

Gas industry / utility knowledge.

Natural Gas Transmission & Storage company knowledge or experience.

Knowledge of Change Management Frameworks.

Experience leading Change Management on IT projects. Knowledge of IT systems and digital transformation projects to understand technical impacts on users.

Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) to align change initiatives with project timelines.

Maintaining project documentation related to all the change management activities.

Facilitating discussions for the purpose of gathering and understanding the stakeholders and impacts of the change.

Experience delivering a Change Management Strategy, Change Management Plan including a communication plan, sponsor reports, training plan and resistance management plans.

Experience with conducting readiness assessments, evaluate results, identify risks, issues and anticipated points of resistance and make recommendations as necessary.

Experience working independently and collaboratively with team members.

Experience in knowledge sharing to ensure progressive realization of improvements within the change management standards.

North American job experience.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to prepare and deliver updates, training, and workshops.
