OSP Facilities Long Haul Deployment Construction Project Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an OSP Facilities Long Haul Deployment Construction Project Manager based in the United States.

• This is a full-time project leadership role focused on large-scale outside plant and long-haul telecommunications construction programs.
• You’ll manage turnkey construction contracts while overseeing schedules, budgets, materials, vendors, and project delivery.
• The role combines telecommunications expertise, contract management, capital planning, regulatory coordination, and proactive risk management.
• You’ll work closely with contractors, legal teams, internal stakeholders, customers, and support organizations to keep complex deployments moving.
• A major focus will be maintaining strong project controls, resolving issues early, and ensuring construction meets contractual and technical standards.
• You’ll also oversee reporting, invoicing, change orders, permitting, and final as-built documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
