OTT Apps Developer

We are looking for an experienced OTT Applications Developer with strong expertise in C++ development and hands-on experience building and supporting native OTT applications across leading platforms such as Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube, Disney+ Hotstar, or similar.

The role involves working on next-generation video platforms, contributing to high-performance OTT application development on embedded devices using RDK and Yocto-based environments.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain native OTT applications for embedded platforms

Work extensively with C++ for application development and performance optimization

Integrate and support leading OTT apps such as Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube, Disney+ Hotstar, or similar

Work on RDK platform for OTT application deployment and customization

Develop and customize solutions using Yocto build system

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for application integration, debugging, and deployment

Troubleshoot and resolve performance, playback, and streaming-related issues

Ensure seamless video playback experience across devices and platforms

Technical requirements

Strong hands-on experience in C++ development

Proven experience working with native OTT applications (Netflix / Prime Video / YouTube / Disney+ Hotstar or equivalent)

Experience in embedded systems development

Strong knowledge of RDK platform (preferred)

Hands-on experience with Yocto build system

Good understanding of OTT streaming workflows and video playback mechanisms

Familiarity with debugging tools and performance optimization techniques
