We are looking for an experienced outbound cold caller to book qualified meetings for their founder, targeting companies in Australia, New Zealand, the UK, or the US.

  • **What you'll do:**
  • - Call 60 to 80 companies a day from a prepared queue, each with a clear reason for the call
  • - Review prospect details before dialing so every call opens with context
  • - Open conversations, uncover staffing needs, and book a 20-minute meeting with the founder
  • - Handle objections skillfully to keep conversations moving forward
  • - Log call outcomes accurately with a short note in the company's system
  • - Send follow-up emails after reaching voicemail
  • **What we're looking for:**
  • - At least two years of outbound B2B cold calling experience to Australia, New Zealand, the UK, or the US
  • - Clear, unhurried English that a busy manager can understand on first listen
  • - Ability to handle a "not interested" response and still ask another question
  • - Comfortable working to a structured process while flagging when it doesn't work
  • - Reliable internet connection and a quiet place to make calls
