The Clinic Operations Manager directs the day-to-day administrative and clinical support operations of a large outpatient multidisciplinary oncology center, specifically managing the medical and specialty oncology service lines (excluding direct infusion clinic management). This role requires a balance of operational precision and financial navigation to coordinate seamless care pathways across multi-specialty oncology clinics.

The successful candidate:

Oversees operations and administrative workflows for multi-specialty and oncology clinics to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care.

Optimizes provider schedules and patient access to maximize clinic capacity and reduce wait times.

Leads, develops, and evaluates administrative and clinical support staff.

Manages clinic budgets, revenue cycle performance, and supply chain operations.

Ensures compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and quality standards, including QOPI, Joint Commission, and HIPAA requirements.

Coordinates care across physicians, laboratory services, and patient support teams to streamline the patient experience.

Qualifications

Your qualifications should include:

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business or

nursing required.

Minimum of 5 years of healthcare management experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.

Master's degree (MHA, MBA, or MSN) strongly preferred.

Demonstrated leadership, operational, and team management experience in a healthcare setting.

Applicable certifications and licensure required as appropriate for the role.
