We are seeking an outgoing, organized, and relationship-focused Outreach & Community Relations Specialist to expand our professional and community network throughout Southern California.

This role is responsible for developing relationships with healthcare professionals, provider offices, diagnostic professionals, schools, childcare organizations, and other community partners.

Pay: $24 - $26 / hour

Availability: Monday-Friday and Weekends as needed (Full-Time, Hybrid)

Travel: Approximately 80% throughout Southern California

Responsibilities

Provider & Professional Outreach

• •Establish and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, medical offices, diagnostic professionals, and other healthcare-related organizations.
• •Develop relationships with teachers, school personnel, daycare coordinators, intake coordinators, social service professionals, and other community professionals.
• •Identify potential referral sources and partnership opportunities within assigned territories.
• •Conduct regular in-person visits to provider offices and community organizations.
• •Introduce company services and explain how the organization can support providers, professionals, families, and community partners.
• •Develop a professional network of contacts throughout Southern California.
• •Maintain regular communication and follow-up with existing and prospective partners.

Community Engagement

• •Represent the company at community events, networking events, professional meetings, conferences, and other outreach opportunities.
• •Research local organizations and identify opportunities for collaboration.
• •Develop relationships with organizations that serve children, families, patients, and other relevant populations.
• •Coordinate presentations, informational meetings, and outreach activities.
• •Build awareness of the company's services within assigned communities.

Administrative & Reporting Responsibilities

• •Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and professional contacts.
• •Track meetings, visits, follow-ups, referrals, and partnership opportunities.
• •Provide regular updates to management regarding outreach activity and community relationships.
• •Maintain an organized outreach calendar and follow-up schedule.
• •Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective communication and follow-through.
• •Work toward established outreach and performance goals.

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

• •High school diploma or equivalent required
• •Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Social Services, Education, or a related field is preferred but not required
• •Previous outreach, community relations, sales, healthcare, recruiting, business development, or networking experience is preferred
• •Strong verbal and written communication skills
• •Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• •Ability to communicate comfortably with physicians, healthcare providers, educators, administrators, coordinators, and other professionals
• •Strong presentation and networking skills
• •Ability to confidently introduce yourself and the organization to new contacts.
• •Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• •Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• •Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and other basic business technology
• •Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• •Professional appearance and conduct when representing the company

Travel Requirements

• •Approximately 80% travel throughout Southern California is expected for this position. Travel may include medical offices, provider locations, diagnostic facilities, schools, daycare centers, community organizations, networking events, and other professional locations.
• •The company will compensate for approved business-related travel expenses in accordance with company policy.
