OutSystems | Developer

• •Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality OutSystems applications to meet business requirements.
• •Create applications with a test-driven development mindset that perform well.
• •Work collaboratively to solve problems with other team members;
• •Develop custom components and integrations with other systems using APIs, web services, or other methods.
• •Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• •Provide technical leadership and guidance to others in the low-code team, helping to establish best practices and development standards.
• •Review others' code, share skills and knowledge with the rest of the team.
• •Be proactive and organized within your team and meet the goals that you have agreed to.
• •Innovate and contribute ideas that will improve the application’s quality;
• •Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for developed applications and processes.
• •Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application development and deployment.
• •Stay up-to-date with the latest OutSystems platform features, improvements, and best practices.

• •Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar;
• •At least 3 years of experience with OutSystems;
• •Experience with other technologies ( .Net, HTML, CSS, JS e SQL) - it’s a good plus;
• •OutSystems Certifications - they are more than welcome around here;
• •Good communication skills;
• •Ability to work in a team and be a team player;
• •Ability to adapt and learn new skills quickly;
• •Fluency in English (both written and spoken) - mandatory;
• •Fluency in French (both written and spoken) - it’s a good plus;
• •Ability to mentor less-experienced developers - it’s a good plus;
