P2P Finance & Accounting Process Junior Specialist (with English)

Your Role

As a member of the team, you will leverage your knowledge of payment processes to support the delivery of high-quality and cost-effective services. You will be responsible for executing and monitoring payment runs, processing automatic and manual payments, investigating and resolving payment-related issues, and ensuring a customer-focused experience for internal and external stakeholders.

Your Tasks

• •Process invoices and payment requests accurately and in a timely manner.
• •Support daily P2P operations in line with procedures and SLA targets.
• •Review transactions, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues with vendors and stakeholders.
• •Maintain high service quality and contribute to process improvements.
• •Collaborate with team members and share process knowledge.

Your Profile

• •Higher education(also student status) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Analytics, or a related field is welcome.
• •Availability to work in a shift model (2-3 afternoon/evening shifts per week).
• •English at min. B2 level.
• •Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• •Ability to work effectively in a team and manage priorities.
