Experience: • 8–12 years of overall SAP HCM / SAP SuccessFactors experience • 5–7 end-to-end ECP or SAP HCM Payroll implementation projects • Minimum 2 end-to-end ECP implementations (full lifecycle: design through go-live) • Strong working knowledge of Employee Central (EC) and its integration with ECP • Independently deliver end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementation activities, reporting to the Project Lead • Design and review country-specific payroll schemas, PCRs, and wage types • Configure and manage payroll integrations with EC, FI, Time Management, and third-party systems • Provide expert guidance during UAT, parallel payroll runs, and go-live • Guide and review the work of junior payroll consultants • Strong expertise in SAP Payroll Control Center (PCC) N/A Egypt Consulting Professional Giza, EG (0040) IBM World Trade Corp - Egypt Branch
