key Responsibilities

• •Receive and process material requisitions.
• •Pick, pack, and issue stock according to approved requests.
• •Verify quantities and item codes before issuing stock.
• •Capture stock transactions accurately on the inventory management system.
• •Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
• •Assist with stock counts and cycle counts.
• •Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Stores Controller.
• •Ensure proper handling and storage of materials.
• •Maintain good housekeeping and comply with safety standards.
• •Investigate and report stock discrepancies.
• •Support receiving and put-away activities when required.

Requirements

• •Grade 12 (Matric).
• •Certificate in Stores, Warehousing, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management is advantageous.
• •Experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.
• •Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• •Basic computer literacy (Excel, Word, email).
