The Role:
As Packaging Program Manager at Ro, you’ll own the execution of packaging initiatives, coordinating across functions to move decisions efficiently from concept through implementation.
This is a highly cross-functional and highly visible role that sits at the intersection of operations, product, brand, and quality. You will be responsible for translating business needs into scalable packaging solutions, driving alignment among stakeholders with competing priorities, and ensuring execution against a clear, prioritized roadmap. Success in this role requires the ability to operate in ambiguity, make structured tradeoffs, and drive decisions forward in a fast-moving, multi-stakeholder environment.
You'll work across Pharmacy Operations, Product Development, Corporate Quality, Sourcing, Supply Planning, Brand, Product Marketing, and external vendors to deliver packaging solutions that improve patient experience while supporting operational scale.
