Paid Media Specialist - Meta Ads + Google Ads

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Paid Media Specialist - Meta Ads + Google Ads based in Brazil.

This is a hands-on paid media role focused on managing and optimizing performance campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads. You will oversee approximately 10–15 client accounts and manage monthly advertising spend of around USD 50,000–60,000. The role combines campaign execution, tracking, attribution, conversion optimization, CRM operations, and performance reporting. You will work in a fast-paced agency environment where attention to detail, autonomy, and practical decision-making are essential. Success means identifying issues quickly, taking corrective action, and continuously improving campaign performance. You will collaborate closely with Account Management, Project Management, and Design teams while owning the day-to-day execution of your accounts.
