Acceler8 Labs is where growth gets personal.

We’re a performance marketing company founded by two former Facebookers who decided to build something better after seeing the gap between traditional agencies and the real needs of modern brands.

We believe scale isn’t about bigger budgets but smarter decisions. Our team has helped brands across the globe generate over $1 billion in revenue by combining sharp strategy, bold creativity, and hands-on execution.

We’re designed for the digital era, where everything evolves at the speed of light. Our work evolves alongside it, adapting to the industries, platforms, and audiences we help grow.

We partner with some of the world’s fastest-growing brands, from disruptive startups to global household names, to turn marketing spend into measurable business growth.

About the Role

We're looking for a full-time Paid Social Specialist who can turn paid social investment into measurable business growth.

This isn't a role where you'll simply launch campaigns and monitor performance. You'll own paid social strategy and execution across a portfolio of ecommerce brands, making decisions that directly influence customer acquisition, revenue, and profitability.

Meta will sit at the centre of your work. You'll build, optimize, and scale conversion-focused campaigns across Meta Ads, including Advantage+ Shopping campaigns and product catalogue strategies.

The brands you'll support sell physical products online, so you'll need to understand how paid social fits into the wider ecommerce picture, from creative and conversion rates to acquisition costs, ROAS, and overall business growth.

Your success will be measured by the business outcomes you generate, not simply impressions, clicks, or engagement.

As a Paid Social Specialist, you will:

Own paid social strategy and execution across a portfolio of ecommerce clients, primarily within Meta Ads

Build, launch, and optimize conversion-focused campaigns designed to drive online purchases, revenue, and profitable growth

Manage and scale Advantage+ Shopping campaigns, product catalogue strategies, and other Meta campaign formats based on client goals and performance

Analyze campaign, audience, and creative performance to identify opportunities to improve ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, and overall account efficiency

Translate performance data into clear recommendations around budget allocation, campaign structure, targeting, and creative direction

Partner directly with clients through regular reporting, strategic recommendations, and day-to-day account management

Collaborate with our creative team to identify performance trends, share creative learnings, and inform future testing

Manage meaningful advertising budgets while treating every client dollar like your own

Stay ahead of platform updates, automation, AI, and emerging paid social products to identify opportunities for our clients

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

Have 2+ years of agency experience managing paid social campaigns for ecommerce brands

Have recent, hands-on experience managing Meta campaigns optimized for online purchases and revenue

Have experience using Advantage+ Shopping campaigns and product catalogues as part of an ecommerce acquisition strategy

Have managed $50K+ in monthly Meta ad spend while maintaining performance and profitability targets

Understand ecommerce and performance metrics including ROAS, MER, CPA, CAC, AOV, and conversion rate

Can look beyond individual campaign metrics and understand how paid social contributes to broader ecommerce growth

Are comfortable presenting strategy, performance, and recommendations directly to clients

Can use creative performance data to identify patterns and communicate actionable insights to creative teams and clients

Can balance multiple client accounts without sacrificing quality or attention to detail

Are curious about automation, AI, and emerging capabilities across Meta and other paid social platforms

Communicate clearly and confidently with both clients and teammates

Thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities and platforms evolve quickly

Live in Canada (we’re a remote-first team)

Why Acceler8 Labs?

We built Acceler8 to bridge the gap between agencies and brands, replacing complexity with clarity and collaboration. Our model is rooted in three pillars: Fuel (media), Spark (creative), and Insight (analytics), each designed to move faster, think smarter, and deliver measurable impact.

Here you’ll have the room to experiment, fail fast, and learn even faster. Your ideas won’t get lost in a Slack thread. You’ll be part of a team that values transparency, curiosity, and craftsmanship.

We take care of our people so they can take care of their work, their families, and themselves.

We offer:

Remote workdays so you can design a schedule that works for your rhythm

Flexible hours because great work can happen anywhere (and we trust you to know where that is)

Comprehensive benefits to make sure you and your family are supported, healthy, and cared for

Learning and certification opportunities to help you grow your craft, not just your title

Real autonomy because we believe in hiring smart people and giving them the space to do great work

The chance to build something that scales for our clients, and for you

If you’re ready to join a team that’s redefining what performance marketing looks like, we’d love to chat.
