• Leading 1031 exchange firm is seeking an experienced client relationship manager with existing
• personal skills to join our team. The ideal candidate must have experience in a similar role.
• Must be motivated, hardworking, high energy and a self-starter.

Responsibilities Include:

• •Build and maintain relationships with existing banking teams, as well as third party relationships with real estate attorneys, accountants and realtors
• •Develop a wide network of banking relationships within the Truist umbrella
• •Drive sales, increase revenue, expand markets to accomplish financial objectives
• •Track and report appointments
• •Collaborate with management and internal teams on Business Development initiatives.

Requirements:

• •5+ years' experience in client relationship management or sales;
• •Understanding of real estate transactions/ closing preferred, but not required
• •Exceptional facilitation, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
• •High level of accountability
• •Strong attention to detail
• •Customer service oriented and communicate proficiently.
• •Creative problem-solving skills
• •Travel when necessary • High energy, a positive attitude a must
• •Team Player and strong negotiation skills
• •Legal, accounting, or transactional real estate experience preferred.

The annual base salary for this position is $75k - $80k.
