Part Time Babysitter – San Francisco, CA

A family in San Francisco, CA 94117 is seeking a warm, and engaging part-time babysitter to care for their 20 month old child during weekday evenings. The ideal candidate enjoys supporting child enrichment through creative activities like crafts, reading, and gardening, and is a great fit for someone looking to supplement a college schedule or existing part-time career.

Schedule:

Wednesday, Thursday, and/or Friday

5:00 PM/6:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Family Specifications:

Smoke-free home

Pet free home

Values an educational and creative atmosphere focused on reading, crafts, and outdoor gardening activities

Responsibilities:

Primary childcare during evening hours

Planning and preparing meals, food prep, and feeding

Assisting with diaper changes and/or potty training support

Accompanying the child to activities outside the home as needed

Engaging the child in creative, educational activities such as reading, crafts, and gardening

Requirements:

Proven experience in infant/child care, including diapering and potty training

Ability to plan and prepare child-friendly meals

Preferences:

Some higher education or currently pursuing a degree (ideal for college students)

Background or interest in early childhood activities, crafts, or gardening

Compensation:

$30-33 per hour
