About Nabi Health

At Nabi Health , we provide weight-inclusive, trauma-informed nutrition care for people navigating eating disorders, disordered eating, and body distress. Our model blends human-first relationships with tech-enabled access and support, helping patients experience care that is relational, collaborative, and never shame-based. We center autonomy, equity, and trust in every interaction.

Our app, Callie , extends that experience between sessions. Designed to support recovery, Callie helps patients stay connected, informed, and empowered in their care. Every feature reflects our belief that technology should serve agency, not override it.

We are expanding our team and looking for a mission-aligned Registered Dietitian who is passionate about real recovery, client agency, and team collaboration. If you're seeking a flexible, growth-oriented clinical role within a values-driven organization, we’d love to meet you.

We are opening a part-time track on our clinical team. Part-time RDs at Nabi are W-2 employees. You earn the same hourly rates as our full-time clinicians, you are paid for administrative time rather than charting on your own hours, and you sit in the same consult groups.

What You'll Do

Provide virtual, 1:1 nutrition counseling to adolescent and adult patients with eating disorders and other nutritional concerns or medical conditions

Practice within a non-diet, weight-inclusive, culturally responsive care model

Deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) and evidence-based interventions aligned with each patient's needs

Document care clearly and on time using our secure digital platform, during paid admin time built into your week

Collaborate with therapists, physicians, and other care team members for integrated, patient-led treatment

Participate in team meetings, consult groups, and professional development

Maintain a private, secure remote workspace with reliable high-speed internet

What You Bring

Required:

Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with an active state RD license

4+ years of eating disorder experience (any level of care), or 2+ years of outpatient nutrition counseling (ED experience not required)

Our experience floor is flexible: eagerness to learn and grow matters more to us than years

Ability to hold a consistent weekly schedule of 20 hours across at least 3 days

Deeply aligned with Health at Every Size (HAES), anti-diet, and body-liberation frameworks

Committed to trauma-informed, equity-centered care

Able to see a wide variety of nutritional concerns, diseases and conditions

Preferred:

Licensed RD - WA, OR, TX, NY, in a Compact State (OH, TN, OK, AL, UT, IA, KS, MS, AR, NE, SD, ND, MT)

3 years outpatient eating disorder experience

CEDS or CEDS-C credential, or actively working toward it

Certification in Intuitive Eating, Body Trust, or similar

Certification as an Inclusive Eating Disorder Education Specialist (IEDES)

Experience with adolescent/pediatric populations

Familiarity with ACT, motivational interviewing, or somatic modalities

What We're Looking For

Strong counseling and clinical skills with a compassionate, non-pathologizing approach

Genuine joy in working with people navigating eating disorders and body distress

Deep respect for client autonomy, body wisdom, and lived experience

Clear, timely communicator and thoughtful collaborator

Committed to unlearning bias and practicing inclusive, affirming care

Self-directed and comfortable in a fully remote, tech-enabled practice

Eager to grow with a team shaping the future of ED care

New to eating disorder care, or nervous about it? Tell us. We can onboard you as a weight-inclusive, HAES-aligned intuitive eating counselor and grow your ED skills from there. One honest heads up: most of our patients come to us for eating disorder support, so a schedule without ED patients can take longer to fill.

What We Offer

Competitive pay starting at $40 -55/hr, for billable time and $25-30/hr for administrative time. Please read more about our compensation and benefits here- Compensation & Benefits

$200 quarterly technology stipend and $300 annual continuing education stipend

Reimbursement for home internet

Flexible scheduling and caseload management

Weekly consult groups and individual mentorship
