A welcoming family in Austin, TX 78717 is looking for a warm, energetic part-time nanny to care for their 6-month-old infant and 4-year-old child in a smoke-free home. The ideal caregiver brings creative energy to daily routines and is completely comfortable with a friendly dog in the household at all times.

Schedule:

Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (18 guaranteed hours/week)

Start Date: As soon as possible (schedule is flexible)

Family Specifications:

Smoke-free household

One dog in the home

Family values dynamic and creative play, including crafts, music, and hands-on activities

Responsibilities:

Provide attentive, nurturing care and supervision for a 6-month-old infant and a 4-year-old child

Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children

Engage children in fun, developmental activities such as crafts, music, and simple cooking

Perform light housekeeping and basic household tasks related to the children's daily care

Requirements:

Spanish language proficiency

Comfortable with a dog present in the home at all times

Demonstrated experience caring for both infants and toddlers/preschoolers

Preferred:

Interest or background in music, arts and crafts, or children's culinary activities

Compensation:

$18–$22 per hour (commensurate with experience)
