As a Partner Affairs - Payroll and Financial Analysis Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing financial processes and confirming compliance with regulations. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on financial reporting, budgeting, and risk management, providing strategic guidance to optimize financial performance and support informed business decisions. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and enhancing your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward is not clear.

In this role at PwC, you will handle financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards. Responsibilities

- Manage partner payroll processes, including support for Mexico payroll and other partner-related payroll activities.

- Perform financial analysis, reconciliations, and reporting related to partner payments.

• - Provide responsive, high-quality service to partners and address payroll- or payment-related inquiries.
• - Conducting financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and optimize financial performance.

- Managing financial reporting processes and confirming compliance with regulatory standards

• - Developing and maintaining financial budgets and forecasts to guide business planning
• - Analyzing balance sheets and cash flow statements to identify trends and inform recommendations
• - Generating financial reports and interpreting data to provide actionable insights
• - Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to anticipate potential risks and opportunities
• - Utilizing accounting policies and practices to maintain accurate financial records
• - Collaborating with internal teams to enhance financial management processes and controls
• - Leading initiatives to improve financial data mining and reporting capabilities
• - Supporting the financial close process to validate timely and accurate reporting

What You Must Have

- Academic background in Finance or Accounting, with stronger emphasis on Finance.

- At least 4 years of experience in finance analñysis and reporting, payroll, accounting.

- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with financial data.

- Exposure to Alteryx, Power BI, and AI-enabled tools is valued.

- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

- Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with senior stakeholders.

- Customer-service mindset and ability to provide white-glove support.

- Oral and written proficiency in English is required.
