Partner Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Partner Engineer based in Spain.

As a Partner Engineer, you will serve as a key technical advisor across a strategic EMEA partner ecosystem. You will help systems integrators, digital agencies, ISVs, and technology partners confidently architect, build, and deliver modern digital experiences. Rather than focusing on individual sales opportunities, you will scale the technical capabilities of a portfolio of strategic partners. The role combines solutions architecture, technical enablement, partner development, and hands-on prototyping. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Partnerships, and account teams to shape technical strategies and accelerate partner-led growth. You will also contribute expertise around composable architectures, AI, integrations, data governance, and European hosting requirements. This is a highly collaborative, distributed role offering significant influence over how a technical partner ecosystem develops across EMEA.
