We are looking for a proactive and organized Partnerships Associate to support our growing client and

content requirements. The role is central to keeping our B2B brand partnerships running smoothly —

managing day-to-day coordination with clients, content timelines, and creative execution, while building

strong, trust-based relationships with the brands we work with.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Manage day-to-day coordination with B2B brands and clients on content and campaign requirements.
• •Own content timelines end-to-end, and follow up proactively with agencies and editors to keep production on schedule.
• •Coordinate creative requirements including thumbnails, videos, and ads, ensuring they meet brand and platform standards.
• •Collect, consolidate, and relay feedback between clients and internal/creative teams.
• •Conduct quality checks (QC) on content assets before delivery to ensure accuracy and brand fit.
• •Drive overall project execution, flagging risks early and resolving bottlenecks quickly.
• •Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with brand partners, developing a clear understanding of their requirements.
• •Resolve client issues and escalations quickly, ensuring a smooth experience throughout the engagement.
• •Ensure timely delivery of all content assets, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.

Requirements:

• •Graduate in any finance background.
• •1–3 years of experience in Content Coordination, Client Servicing, or B2B Partnerships.
• •Experience coordinating with clients, agencies, or editors on content or campaign delivery.
• •Strong client relationship management, communication, and organizational skills.
• •Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• •Basic understanding of finance and financial markets preferred.

Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai (Preference will be given to candidates residing in Mumbai’s Western suburbs).
