Full-Time Parts Consultant

• Job Summary:
• To support the growth and profitability of the Parts Department by assisting the Service and Sales Departments as well as Wholesale and Retail customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Essential Functions:
• •Provide excellent service by listening to customer and internal inquiries and requests, asking questions to ensure understanding of needs, and supplying parts in a timely manner.
• •Perform a variety of customer service and stocking duties related to the receiving, sales and delivery of parts and accessories with an emphasis on same day repairs in the Service Department.
• •Properly identify parts needed to provide an accurate price and availability.
• •Assist with inventory management, the checking in, inspection and stocking of parts.
• •Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• •Demonstrate our commitment to superior customer service.

• Qualifications:
• •One or more years of Parts Counter experience preferred.
• •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• •Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
• •Capable of problem identification and resolution.
• •Possess good time management skills.
• •Team oriented with excellent communication skills.
