At Great Lakes Honda City , we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Parts Counter Person to join our team! If you have a passion for cars, strong customer service skills, and experience in automotive parts, this is your opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers (retail and service department) in selecting required parts

Locate and order parts from internal and external sources as needed

Maintain inventory levels and organize parts storage

Accurately process parts orders, returns, and warranties

Provide accurate pricing and availability information

Coordinate with service technicians and managers to ensure timely parts delivery

Requirements

Qualifications:

Previous experience in an automotive parts role a MUST!

Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and components

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to use electronic parts catalogs and dealership management systems

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
