MotoMine — the UK's largest motorcycle salvage company — is looking for a Parts Production Team Leader to lead the team turning damaged bikes into premium used parts, based onsite in Egham Central . If you thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment and love getting stuck into motorcycle parts, this could be your next role.

Reporting to the ATF Operations Manager, you'll take ownership of the parts processing workflow — from dismantling through to storage — keeping quality, accuracy and productivity on track while leading a team to hit performance targets.

Main Duties

Process parts generated by the Dismantling team, cleaning and identifying part numbers/names

Process parts via the upload system and image them for online listing

Pass processed parts to the warehousing team for storage

Run the core ATF production lines, including parts from the motorcycle repair operation

Ensure the team is properly trained and working to standard

Ensure dismantled parts are correctly de-polluted/stripped before processing

Maintain a logging and feedback mechanism to drive continuous improvement

Manage staff performance, including appraisals, one-to-ones and reviews

Hit KPIs: 90%+ team efficiency rating, 100% of planned weekly units, parts processed within SLA, ~4 minutes average processing time per part

Key Skills

Experience across a range of warehouse operations

Strong knowledge of motorcycle brands and parts

Comfortable working at pace to daily production targets

Effective staff management and goal-setting
