Patient Access Representative

• This part-time remote role supports patients and families during the critical registration and access process.
• You will help create a smooth, accurate, and welcoming experience for patients accessing emergency and outpatient services.
• The position combines patient-facing communication, registration, insurance verification, financial information collection, and payment processing.
• You will work with multiple healthcare information systems while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
• The role also offers opportunities to cross-train across patient access functions and become a trusted resource for colleagues.
• Training will take place on-site for the first several weeks before transitioning to the remote work arrangement.
• Applicants must reside in Northeast Ohio and be available for the specified rotating part-time schedule.
