At NYP Westchester we pride ourselves in providing outstanding, compassionate, personalized care to birthing people, newborns, children, and their families. The Mother baby unit has 16 private patient rooms and the pediatric unit consists of 6 private patient rooms.

As a Patient Care Director, manage all aspects of care Mother- Baby and Pediatrics, including fiscal, operational, and clinical quality. Foster autonomy and patient focus. This is a full time day shift position at NewYork Presbyterian Westchester Hospital. Located in Bronxville, NY; right across the Metro North Station.

Required Criteria

BSN

Master's Degree in Nursing or related field if already holds a BSN degree. If currently pursuing a Master’s Degree, must obtain within 1 year of hire. Either bachelors or graduate degree must be in nursing.

A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience

NYS RN License

Demonstrated leadership skills/experience
