• You will help patients maintain connectivity with their home monitoring equipment and ensure timely, accurate communication.
• The role combines compassionate customer service with scheduling, documentation, data entry, and technical troubleshooting.
• You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve patient needs and maintain smooth communication across the care ecosystem.
• Success requires empathy, patience, strong organization, and confidence working across multiple digital systems.
• Basic cardiology knowledge is required, while cardiac device, electrophysiology, or remote-monitoring experience is especially valuable.
